Replacement & Refunds

Live plants are perishable and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a plant arrives damaged, dead or is not the plant you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or a refund.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
